Payments and Security

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can pay by credit or debit card using American Express, Eurocard, Maestro (previously known as Switch), Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit (previously known as Visa Delta) and Visa Electron cards.

There are no additional charges for different card types.

If you have a Paypal account you can also make payments via instant bank transfer from a registered bank account.

If you are a company making a bulk order and wish to be sent an invoice for a payment to be made by BACS, wire transfer or cheque, please contact us on 01344 773096 or via the contact form.

Do I have to register my details or open an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register with us to make a purchase.

Online payments are taken through Paypal, but you can use their system without opening an account.

If you are already registered with Paypal then you can pay using your existing account.

How can I be certain my payment details are safe?

Paypal handle billions of pounds worth of transactions internationally every year and are at the forefront of security and fraud prevention measures. Your card details are only ever handled by Paypal and are never seen or stored by us.

How does the payment process work?

We will ask for an online payment to be made at the time you place your order. You will be taken to the Paypal payment gateway to enter your address and card details to complete your purchase.

All of your card details are securely handled by Paypal. Your payment is forwarded to our bank account by Paypal and your delivery address and order details are passed onto us. We will not pass on your contact information to any third parties. 

If for any reason we need to make a refund then this will also be done via Paypal, with the money being transfered straight back onto your payment card.

But I don't want to have to enter all my details again if I make another purchase!

If you have a Paypal account then you won't have to enter your details next time. If you choose to register an account, Paypal can securely store your card details with your billing and delivery addresses. On future occasions you will just need to sign into your Paypal account to retrieve your details.

Paypal is accepted by thousands of online businesses including ebay and a variety of high street retailers, so from one registration process you will be able to make purchases quickly from a lot of websites.
