Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Our standard service is by Royal Mail Second Class post; large or heavy items are sent by courier.    High value items are sent by Recorded Delivery.  Please note that Royal Mail no longer requests a signature upon delivery.

Free postal delivery extends to the UK only (NB N Ireland for smaller items up to 2 kg).

Please note that larger items are sent by courier free of charge. However, we do have to charge for delivery if your address is in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, other UK islands (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly) or Northern Ireland. 

We do not ship to the Channel Islands.

Need your order urgently (UK only)?

Next Day Delivery

Please select Next Day Service at the checkout.  If you are ordering on a Friday and would like guaranteed Saturday delivery, make sure you choose the Saturday delivery option.  Please note Royal Mail charge considerably more for this service!

UK Priority Service

We offer an expedited service within the UK:  for an additional £3.95 we will prioritise the processing of your order (same day despatch for orders received by 4.00 p.m. on weekdays and by 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays) and ensure it is sent using the Royal Mail First Class Service.   Please note we cannot guarantee Royal Mail will deliver your order the next day. 

Larger Items

Important!  Any wind chime which is described as 42" or more in length is too large to be sent by post;  it has to be sent by courier (delivery is still free).  However, the cut-off time for such orders to be booked in for next day delivery is 1.00 p.m  

For deliveries outside the UK

For deliveries to other parts of the world, we will notify you of the additional cost by email - postage will be based on size and weight.  

If the value of  an order is above a certain amount - determined by the destination country - goods may be liable for import duty.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay any such duty. 

Retail Guarantee and Returns Policy

The terms below offer extra rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval we will be happy to make a refund or exchange. You will need to notify us within 30 days and return the goods at your expense by Recorded Delivery within 14 days from your notice.

Once we have received the goods, as long as they are not damaged and in their original packaging in perfect condition, a refund will be made to the card used when ordering.   Alternatively goods to the same value will be despatched to you according to your specified wishes.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund if they have been damaged after delivery although free replacements may be sent according to the circumstances in which the damage occurred, and entirely at our discretion.

We will, at our own cost, replace goods that are defective on delivery providing we are notified within 7 days of actual delivery or attempted delivery.

You should contact us first by email or phone to arrange the return of a product. Please remember:

Any goods you wish to return due to unsuitability must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If you return the goods you should insure them against carrier damage. You are responsible for the safe keeping of goods until they are received by us.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correctly detailed in this website. However, while the colour/position of design reproduction is a close representation, some variations in the actual goods may occur.

Admin Fee for Processing Returns

We may, at our discretion, charge an administration fee of £3.00 for processing returns.  

Special Orders

Some high value items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer (stock status of these items is shown as "to order").  Cancellation following a confirmed order will incur a 10% handing charge

Replacement policy

Damage due to frost:
All ceramic products are designed for ornamental use in the home or garden and are fired to high temperatures to render them frost-proof.  In the unlikely event that you experience problems with items showing signs of damage due to extremes of temperature, we are happy to replace your goods at no charge. Please refer to our 'Retail Guarantee & Returns' policy located at the top of this page.

Unsuitable products:
If you find your goods to be unsuitable for any reason, they may be returned for refund or exchange under the terms of our 'Retail Guarantee & Returns' policy located at the top of this page.

Colour and design variations:
Some products e.g. bamboo wind chimes, are made of natural materials and are decorated by hand.  There may therefore be some slight variations in colours and design.
