This pretty item comprises a hoop bound with silk thread in bright colours with a yellow web in the centre, a cluster of soft brown feathers on either side and decorative black beads.

A second, horizontal hoop, also bound with silk thread, supports 4 brushed silver alloy chimes which generate soft tinkling  tones upon contact with a shiny black bead which is threaded onto a length of yellow silk thread. 

A third cluster of feathers hangs below.
