In the 2nd century BC, caravan of traders established a series of routes across Eurasia linking East to West. The "Silk Road", as it became known, served not only as a pathway for precious goods such as silk, jade and spices, but also for new ideas, technology, art and music. The Emperor Series embodies the mystery and splendour that await those who travel to exotic lands.
Typically oriental in its design, the Emperor Chime comprises 3 elegantly curving sections of hardwood (ash) with a weather-resistant finsih, and 4 hollow, silver alloy chimes. The windcatcher, also of ash, bears the Woodstock motif.
Hand-tuned to produce soothing melodic tones, this chime is threaded on rot-proof, black nylon line and carries a one year warranty.
