A polished section of coconut supports 6 cut bamboo chimes with decorative red patterning. The longer the tube, the wider the diameter, with the largest tubes producing a pleasingly deep tone.
The coloured pattern is repeated on the windcatcher. The striker is a flat wooden disk with natural finish.
All strung on rot-proof, black nylon line with a metal hook at the top for hanging.

Handcrafted by a number of different family workshops and co-operatives throughout Indonesia and Thailand using locally sourced bamboo and coconut shell.
