A circular section of natural bamboo supports 20 frosted glass leaves in
the soft colours associated with spring blossom.
Arranged
in a spiral and threaded on peach coloured nylon line, the glass is
frost-proof and surprisingly robust. However, we would recommend
hanging this eye-catching item in a sheltered spot in the garden and
like most wind chimes, it would be advisable not to leave it outside
during the winter months.
The glass components tinkle gently upon
contact with each other: the sound is not melodious but it is
nonetheless quite pleasing.
Coloured glass looks wonderful when
the sunlight shines through it - hang it in your window or in the
conservatory to enjoy the full effect.
