An outer hoop contains a smaller inner hoop, both bound with black suede
effect fabric. The smaller hoop, which has a nylon web, is fixed to
the top to the larger outer one, and features an arrangement of 7 rows
of decorative beadwork along its lower edge.
5 strips of black suede have clusters of natural feathers affixed with black and white beads.
