In Sanskrit, Dharma can mean many things, including truth and protection.  Buddhists study Dharma in order to achieve inner peace and happiness.

Bells are used by many cultures for protection from evil spirits and to signal events.  Cowbells are found throughout the world in many shapes and sizes, serving to protect cattle by letting their owners know where they are grazing.

This particular cowbell is made from antiqued copper powder-coated steel.  The wooden components are of  pine with a black wash finish,  all threaded on rot-proof, black nylon line.
