Bring an instant splash of colour to your garden with a hot air balloon
spinner. Made from 100% polyester panels stretched over fibreglass
rods, with four polyester ribbons which cascade in a spiral below the
basket.
This item is delivered packed flat, but it's very
easy to assemble - the rods are already located into a plastic "basket"
at the lower end, they simply need pushing into the holes of a plastic
disk at the top.
There are gaps between each
panel to catch the lightest of breezes - the balloon hangs from a swivel
which allows it to spin very readily.
Note: this is a very lightweight item; it should not be left outside in extreme weather.
