Bring an instant splash of colour to your garden with a hot air balloon
spinner. Made from 100% polyester panels stretched over fibreglass
rods, the tail of this larger variant is a flat, pre-formed spiral with wire edging and 3 ribbons fluttering at the lower end.
This item is delivered packed flat, but it's very
easy to assemble - the rods are already located into a plastic "basket"
at the lower end, they simply need pushing into the holes of a plastic
disk at the top.
There are gaps between each
panel to catch the lightest of breezes - the balloon hangs from a swivel
which allows it to spin very readily - see video below (a different colour combination but it shows how these spinners work).
Note: this is a very lightweight item; it should not be left outside in extreme weather.
