This cheeky little sparrow has a
metal framework, with head, tail and wing of metal painted with a
metallic finish. The body is of glass, and the wing is mounted on a spring.
He perches on a twig with two metallic painted green leaves, below which hangs a copper finish bell and a single glass marble.
Hung on black painted chain with a hook for easy hanging.
It's
quite difficult to make the bell ring - the sound on the video footage
below was made by ringing another bird bell off camera. However, the visual impact more than compensates for the lack of noise!
Probably best hung in a sheltered spot, or underneath a porch.
